Welcome to Mi Amor. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Mi Amor.
You must be 18 years or older to use Mi Amor. By signing up you confirm you are an adult and that the information you provide (including your age and photos) is true and yours. We remove accounts that misrepresent their identity or age.
You're responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your password safe. Use a real photo of yourself, one account per person, and don't impersonate anyone else. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account.
To keep Mi Amor safe and real for everyone, you agree not to:
You can block or report anyone from their profile or a chat. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules — at our discretion, without refund.
The blue check means a member submitted a live selfie that matched their profile photo. If a verified member changes their main photo, the check is automatically removed and they must verify again. Verification helps trust but is not a background check — always use your own judgment.
Paid tiers unlock extra features and are processed by Paystack — we never see your card details. Prices are shown in the app. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change features or pricing with notice on this page or in the app.
You own the photos and bio you create. By posting them you give Mi Amor permission to display them within the app so it can function (for example, showing your profile to matches). We don't sell your content or share it with advertisers.
Mi Amor helps you meet people, but we don't conduct criminal background checks and can't guarantee anyone's identity or intentions. Chat first, meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and never send money to someone you haven't met. Your safety is your responsibility.
Mi Amor is provided "as is." We don't guarantee matches, replies, uptime, or that the service will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mi Amor is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the app or from interactions with other members.
You can stop using Mi Amor and delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where required to protect members or comply with the law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the date above. Continued use of Mi Amor means you accept the updated Terms.
